I am not a chef, I am an entrepreneur.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working alongside remarkable chefs and artisans individuals whose precision, discipline, and passion define true savoir-faire. Being immersed in that world shaped my standards: an uncompromising attention to detail, a respect for ingredients, and a deep understanding that quality is never accidental.

When I settled in the United States, I realized that what I missed most was not just the taste of French pastries, but the experience they represent a quiet moment in the day, a sense of elegance, a simple pleasure elevated to something memorable.
